Job Description:
Experience Required: - 10 years to 16 years
Designation: Director or Technical Manager
Work Location: Chennai / Bangalore
Qualification: Any Graduation
Role Objective:
Lead and Manage a team of people
Lead self-organizing Agile teams
Plan and identify solutions and risks proactively
Be responsible for code quality, design quality to ensure they work well at cloud scale
Own delivery of assigned work in terms of committed date, scope and quality
Leading technical initiatives independently towards planned outcomes
Remain at the cutting edge of technology trends
Manage Code repository for each project
Requirements:
At least 3 years acting as a technical lead role.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience leading a team of developers either onshore or offshore - defining work breakdown structures/tasks, assigning the teamwork items, monitoring and ensuring quality and adherence to standards etc.
10+ years of ASP .NET MVC, ASP .NET, Web Forms and Win Forms experience
5+ years of experience of working with applications that have a SQL Server backend (SQL Server 2012R2 and newer).
Experience with HTML 5, JSON, Web API, Web Services mandatory
Experience with WCF, WPF, VBA etc would be a plus
Knowledge and experience with working on N-Tier applications.
In-depth knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD) principles, and familiarity with many design patterns for Software applications.
Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships.
Demonstrated expertise in application design and construction, work breakdown structure of items, design and code reviews, unit test and build activities, deployment and performance related activities, documentation, support and training/mentoring.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Experience working on projects following Agile methodologies would be ideal
Experience working with AWS or other cloud providers would be ideal
Proven ability to thrive under pressure
Manage Code repository for each project.
