Job Description
Management Trainee- Technical/ Functional Consultant, IT
This role lies with Genpact Corporate IT -Compute Management Division. You will be responsible for supporting corporate Compute operations 24X7 for internal IT. You will be working actively on the operational issues along with internal/external partners to recover the failure of the system (proactive/reactive). You will have tremendous opportunities to learn in one of the biggest Compute groups in the industry.
Responsibilities
Complete implementation experience of oracle payroll (India Legislation)
Any other region payroll knowledge and experience will be a value add.
Knowledge and Experience on Element Setup/Input value Setup/Fast formula Setup/Balance setup/Arrear Setup/Costing setup in oracle payroll (India Legislation)
Strong knowledge and expertise over oracle payroll (India Legislation)
Strong knowledge and experience on Payroll operation process (India Legislation)
Experience on managing Oracle payroll Patches and Version upgrades (India Legislation)
Experience on managing support activities of oracle payroll (India Legislation)
Technical Skills
Fast formula, Formula Function (Creation/Debug)
Payroll Run, retro concept, Pre-payments
Expertise on PL SQL, Package , DB view, Triggers
BG setup, Payroll Setup
Balances, Element setup, Element Link ,Assignment SET, Element Set, EIT SIT,
Concurrent programs all type like PL SQL, SQL loader, Host , Java based, SQL file
Oracle Patching
Other Responsibilities
Project/ CR representation in CAB and PMO calls.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Btech/MCA in Technology (any stream)
Solid techno functional background Oracle Payroll (India Legislation), with understanding or hands-on experience in Oracle Payroll and similar SaaS platforms.
Expertise on India Legislation in Oracle Payroll (India Legislation)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
