To build a high-quality SME portfolio for the bank by managing the existing clients and also acquiring new relationships from the market.
- Sourcing new business for the bank comprising fund-based and non-fund-based facilities.
- Maximize wallet share of the existing clients and ensure that all the parameters in terms of housekeeping is met. Detect early warning signals and prevent slippages.
- Facilitate review and renewal of existing limits by coordinating with the Credit Analyst, Cluster Head and Credit Hub.
- Cross-sell of various products and services of the bank and third-party products to increase fee income.
- Establish close rapport with the clients and various other stakeholders in the internal and external ecosystem.
- Make regular visits to the various touchpoints of the client including offices, factories, shops, and other establishments.
- Escalate in a timely manner on all developments with respect to the client to all superiors in business and credit
