Assistant Vice President - Cloud Capability

Cloud is a key strategic Genpact initiative to build capability in selling, designing and delivering Cloud services across the sales value chain. In this space of work, the person will be required to program lead various Cloud Programs such as our Cloud for GTM program that is meant to enable our front-end teams to be able to sniff cloud opportunities and close the sale.

Responsibilities

  • Design, Build, Develop, Deploy new learning programs to support the strategic direction of Genpact LLC

  • Developing a budget and operating plan for the program

  • Ensuring goals are met in areas including stakeholder satisfaction, quality and team member performance

  • Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved

  • Mentoring Team members

  • Drive adherence to plan through weekly/Monthly Governance

  • Providing leadership for timely execution of Large Proposals and Programs

  • Reviewing all proposal documents to ensure proposed solutions meet the requirements of implementation

  • Responsible for managing schedule, and performance requirements of the program and its teams through all phases

  • Performing detailed risk/Issue assessment, tracking, resolution, escalation and closeout to ensure satisfactory program performance and delivery

  • Implement the program execution processes to insure rapid, agile and successful execution

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor s Degree or equivalent

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in successfully developing/designing learning programs

  • Experience in running programs in Genpact with displayed ability to influence change

  • Excellent communication skills visible in writing, conversation and presentations

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills ability to break ice, establish connects and working relationships across teams

  • Understanding of Genpact ecosystem (e.g., Genome and how to leverage in designing learning interventions)

  • Collaborator: Has a strong internal network and collaborates with cross functional team to drive results

  • Comfortable with the Uncomfortable: Is not perturbed when working with ambiguity

  • Decisive: Shows ability to take decisions and ownership DRIVER social style

  • Orchestrator: Partner with multi-function teams and create commitment across all involved teams and

  • Curious: Have a high curiosity quotient and continuously look for opportunities to learn
