Job Description
Must have Skills
- A Bachelor/Masters degree in ECE, CE, CS, IT with 8+ years of industry experience in software development
- Strong C++ development/debug skills
- Strong Linux programming, OS Internals, memory management, IPC, thread programming
- Proficient in software development tools such as IDEs, compilers, debuggers, emulators, source control system and defect/ bug tracking systems.
- Comprehensive knowledge of data structures, modules, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- SQL experience, ORM experience;
- RESTful web services, JSON and XML;
- Candidates must have the ability to work independently and as a team with or without direct supervision.
- Understanding and experience with basic design patterns and reusable software design approaches;
- NoSQL DBs experience will be considered as a plus (preferably Cassandra DB);
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Good to have skills
- Common cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure)
- Understanding of distributed systems and related concepts;
- Experience with Shell scripting (Python), Continuous Integration practices and tools.
Responsibilities
- Design and build reusable, compact, fast, and reliable codes.
- Build efficient back-end systems and APIs.
- Test, recognize, and eliminate bottlenecks in code.
- Maintain the constant and round-the-clock functioning of the back-end systems.
- Lead a small team and stakeholders management
