Job Description:-
- Managing all the civil suits, criminal matters, various legal matters of the group.
- Drafting, finalizing and maintaining records of all types of Lease Agreements.
- Liaison with Advocate for filing of the Cases U/s- 420 of I.P.C
- Execution of Non bailable warrant on all India basis. Keeping continuous track of heavy amount defaulter
- Liaison with the bailiff, police personnel for execution of Attachment order of movable and immovable property of the concern defaulter.
- Takes care of drafting and vetting of various secretarial/statutory documents.
- Responsible for drafting and filing of all suits & petitions.
- Handling all the litigation and filling cases in all the courts. i.e. District Court, High Court. Assisting in Due Diligence.
- Initiating the filing, checking and signing of legal cases on behalf of Group Companies.
