Parts Research Specialist @ Live Connections

Job Description

Job Purpose:

A Parts Research Specialist is expected to handle parts requests from variousoperations teams within the company. Search for the said requests on various online platformsfor parts not found in-house and interact with the necessary personnel to ensure orderfulfilment in a timely manner.Performs other duties to support the daily business activities of the department and, when specified, of the company.

Required Job Competencies:

• Experience with microfiche, computers and internet search required.
• Must be able to search and update computer databases
• Ability to handle telephone calls in the appropriate manner.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work productively and effectively when faced with stressful situations. This includes maintaining effective interactions with others under stressful working conditions
• Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, supervisors, management, or customers one-on-one.
