Job Description
Assist in preparing Daily Progress Report according to work done.
Planning, co-ordination & Quality of work as per Bar chart & to co-ordinate with Contractors, Consultants and Architects.
Quality and Quantity checking and preparation all type of Bills.
Assist in verifying bills & keep a track for all those bills i.e follow-up with bills & payments.
Co-ordinating with Site Engineers & accounts dept.
Performing field check of Sites as and when necessary.
Pre & Post concreting checking (Formwork, steel, alignment, levelling, curing arrangements etc.) for all sites.
In charge for all finishing works of building (Plaster, painting, POP, plumbing, tile & sanitary fitting etc.)
Assist in checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
Supervising contracted staff; Undertaking surveys; Setting out sites
Assist in prepare estimated & actual plan for project activities.
Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales
Assist in liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
Assist in providing technical advice and solving problems on site
Assist in preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
Assist in liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials
Assist in preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantities), BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) & rate analysis of various items
Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Freshers)
Good Knowledge of Auto CAD
Good Communication & Leadership Skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts ( D/N )
