Job Description
As a GHG (Greenhouse Gas) Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Canadian Naturals GHG emissions management strategy by providing high quality data for reporting and analysis of GHG emissions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Key Accountabilities:
- Calculating and reporting GHG emissions for certain oil sands facilities, to meet regulatory reporting requirements
- Preparing and consolidating GHG forecast costs as part of our annual budgeting cycle
- Working with project teams to understand GHG impacts of proposed projects that affect GHG emissions
- Researching, analyzing and effectively communicating proposed regulatory changes by working closely with teams to complete an impact analysis and assessment on Canadian Naturals operations
- Work with the ESG and Investor Relations teams to provide accurate GHG performance data for the companys sustainability reporting and communications to stakeholders and investors
- Participate in internal analysis on the GHG intensities of product streams
