Job Profile

Executive- Commercial & PI

(Preferably Security Guarding Industry)

1.Well Conversant with the Commercials Minimum wage notifications( States/ Central Govt) ,Cost Breakup ,Statutory and its related impact

2.Keeping Track of Minimum Wage Notifications of Various states and updating Tabulation Chart

3.Qualified, Young, Energetic with pleasing personality.

4.Well Versed in Computers / MS -Office. ( Specifically Powerpoint Presentation ).

5.Writing & Communication skills in English.

6.Should be good in calculation and with commercial approach.

7.Updating of PI Records Branch wise for all clients. Preparation & submission of monthly MIS.

8.Able to work in a teamwith initiative to plan and execute.

9.Result oriented with specific time limits.

10.Clients correspondence pertaining to Rate Revision Coordination with Billing, Salary , Accounts & Legal Deptt.

11.Formulation of Standard/ Specimen PI Letters & ensuring all PI Letters are sent through respective branches to the clients in time.

12.Update & Maintain Cost Break ups records.

Salary: Upto 6L CTC
