Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, IO Training (Project Management)
In this role, you will work closely with Genpact s internal stakeholders to execute and deliver on IO-Training projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects under Genpact IO training & Apprenticeship program
- Identify and drive Process improvement
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables
- Ability to prioritize work items
- Conduct periodic calls with internal stakeholders and keep them apprised of the progress of the projects
- Work on various assignments relating to above mentioned tasks. These include (but not limited to):
- Drive IO-Training Apprenticeship program within the program guidelines
- Manage & drive training and adherence to the program
- Manage updates and ensure accuracy of data with required evidence
- Managing PO and PRs related to above activities and vendor discussions
- Capture recent developments such as changes in top level management, restructuring activities and cascade information to relevant teams
- Managing Assigned projects end to end and be open to challenge status Quo
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- Qualification Graduate
- Attention to detail, proficient in written and verbal communication skills and flexible in work timings
- Analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work independently while functioning as part of a team
- Ambitious on task completion and high on integrity and reliability
Preferred qualifications
- Experience of managing projects
- Project management certifications (PMP, Prince, Agile/ Scrum, Design Thinking etc.)
