We are inviting applications for the role of Manager, Training
In this role, you will be responsible to support businesses, manage knowledge effectively, Manage Quality Metric for the process, upskill of employees in terms of domain, provide industry trained resources at lower cost to business
Responsibilities
Understanding of Finance & Accounting with expertise in either one of the services lines AP, AR, RTR
Understand knowledge/learning gaps of the associates during production and cull out the themes
Should have experience of working in F&A operations, Transitions, training role, Learning & Development
Ability to work with diverse set of stakeholders (customers, associates, operational leaders) to establish a robust knowledge management framework and deliver business impact
Understand training requirements for a new business and translate them into a training curriculum
Build accounting competency/technical know-how in the process
Should have the ability to use knowledge capture, retention, and transfer tool
Have working knowledge of ERP s (SAP, Oracle .) - preferred
Proficient in content creation and SOP documentation
Ability to take stand up training sessions basis TNI on soft skills, domain
Ability to present to internal and external clients
Should be competent in reporting & analysis

Minimum qualifications
Minimum Qualification: Graduate- Commerce
Significant experience
Type of Experience: Operational Training
Good communication skills & highly proactive in approach
Strong SME knowledge of Accounting concepts
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
ERP knowledge like SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft will be an added advantage
Preferred qualifications
Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Demonstrated proficiency Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift)
Excellent attention to detail.
