Location: Hebbal & Konnappana Agrahara, Bangalore.

Experience: 2 - 5 years

Notice Period: Immediate - 15 days

Salary: Max 3.5 LPA

Job Description:

Managing employee life cycle end to end for 500+ employee span
Working as HR Business Partners and catering to project requirements and stakeholder management
Induction and Onboarding formalities
Well versed with excels and HR Dashboard
Good at power point presentations
Attrition Management
Employee Engagement
Knowledge of HR Audits
Employee Relationship management
Grievance Handling
IJP process handling
Payroll management
Good with excel reporting
Exit process management
