Greetings!

We are in search of Dynamic Professional to lead Product Design & Development of Commercial Air conditions, Chillers, VRF, Ductable, Refrigerator etc. as detailed below :

Position : Product Head _ R&D .

Location : Waghodia - Vadodara

Requirement : BE- Mechanical /Electrical with 15-20 yrs of experience in Product Design & Development of Commercial ACs like PAC/DSU, AHU & VRF, Chillers, CHP,LTR products

Roles & Responsibilities: Design & Development of PAC/DSU, AHU & VRF, Chillers, CHP,LTR product segments. New product development ; Continuous improvement in the product segments in line with current technology trends and final user requirements, continuous Value engineering for sustainining competitive pricing of above products in line with customer requirements. Adherence of processess in product development as per TBEM and ISO requirements; Participate in vendor development; Participate in developing the product test beds, participate in improving quality of products; cost reduction & Value engineering; Product certifications - CE, EN, AHRI etc; Sourcing & development of product category
