Job Description :
- Identify Technology Solution to improve efficiency and effectiveness of Contact Center Solution.
- Work with Business Team identifying relevant use cases and applying emerging technologies to solve those through innovative solutions
- Compare Competitors Technology Stack and find ways to adopt cutting edge technology.
- Experience of working on omni channel solutions, systems that drive customer experience & engagement
- Implement Complex Mobile Solutions using Ionic Framework.
- Continually evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends and best practices that can be used to strengthen technology platform and development practices.
- Work independently with Vendors to Integrate using Rest API.
- The ideal candidate should be a hands on technology evangelist with a proven track record with over 2 to 5 years of experience in leading complex software architecture engagements across variety of technologies.
- Proven capability of picking up new technologies and developing in depth knowledge of it.
- Experience in Contact Center Solution will be an added advantage.
- Hands on with .NET Design Patterns and Development Best Practices.
