job_description : Candidate should have 7+ yrs of overall experience (Digital Marketing preferable)
Candidate having 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferable
Managing or supporting Digital Marketing operations (including but not limited to) content marketing email campaigns e-commerce and Ad Operations
Must have worked in digital marketing with exposure to emails SEO SEM social content and influencer marketing
Preferably in Pharma/Lifesciences marketing organization or have worked in digital marketing agencies supporting Pharma/LS clients
To work with BT lead and delivery teams in helping large clients
transforming their digital marketing effort and adding value to their operations.
To deliver process improvements identifying and deploying analytics sharing operational excellence practices and trainings to deliver optimized business outcomes.
To ensure process delivery is performed consistently and effectively according to established procedures processes guidelines and/or best practices.
To drive business towards data driven marketing by implementing initiatives driving marketing effectiveness.
Collaborate with teams (delivery analytics PMO technology etc) in development of whitepapers proof of concepts and similar artifacts
To monitor and take corrective actions around budget scheduling risk scope and quality of projects/programs.
Identify Analytics opportunities in processes and work with BT lead to create roadmap to transform marketing function of large organizations
Develop understanding on Cognitive Intelligence (Artificial Intelligence- ML Neural Networks) and identify opportunities to address problems such as unstructured and non-standard inputs judgement etc. and deliver business impact through improved scalability efficiency quality and reliability.
