Collaborate with client/ internal stakeholders to improve client processes and drive client value through operational excellence.
Design, drive and implement Daily Work Management practices as an operational culture in the system.
Support continuous improvement efforts and implement a method to capture and introduce employee ideas and process improvements.
Support quality plan deployment through operational excellence and provide overall quality support.
Implement projects on processes to improve productivity and SLA performance.
Maintain process performance measurements, determine process performance baselines, and statistically analyse metrics to identify areas for process improvement
Collect and provide performance measures, develop reports, and analyse findings to identify areas for process improvement
Provide guidance to support planning, control, monitoring and reporting of significant projects and program events
Introduce process improvement programs and measurement & performance programs to monitor and take corrective actions around budget, schedule, scope and quality.
Support process improvement teams across a variety of groups and foster a culture of early problem identification, timely resolution and broad based employee engagement
Support the development and implementation of the organization's management operating system including the training and coaching of all functional areas on measurement principles, meeting frameworks, visual management, statistical analysis and root cause analysis.
Drive or participate in operational process automation and enhancement.
Support and carry out work migration to Share Service Centers
Carry out process review exercise using process mapping and Value Change
