Job Description
We have urgent hiring candidate as Inside Sales Representative for join our team.
Inside Sales Representative to manage our team of Financial consultant or agents. In this role, you will oversee initial placements, managing team, and supervising the team work and try to improve it by proper guidance and motivation.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and building a high performing distribution network of Financial Consultants
- Training, motivating and driving these agents to sell insurance
- Meeting prospective customers agents to sell insurance solutions
- Provide pre- and post-sales support
- Ensuring quality of business and persistency
- Ensure a high standard of customer service
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Pleasant personality
- Strong communication skills
- Risk management skills
- Negotiation skills
- Convincing and positive manner skills
Experience:
- Min. 6 months or more
- Sales experience must preferable
