Job Description
Urgent opening for SAP FI-CO Business Partner (Senior Manager) for one of our reputed corporate clients in Kolkata.
* Looking for candidates with in-depth knowledge & experience in both SAP FI and SAP CO projects
* Must have at least 3 to 4 Full-Cycle Implementation experience of SAP FI-CO or S/4 Hana Simple Finance
The role requires subject matter expertise in Finance, Accounts & Financial Control processes along with SAP FI & CO Consulting & Project Management experience in the FMCG/ CPG/ Pharma/ FMCD/ Manufacturing sector. Exposure of working for Indian companies/ clients would be preferred.
This is a position of SAP FICO Business Partner (Senior Manager) working in the IT Centre of Excellence (IT - CoE) of the organization. He/ she will be leading the planning, designing & implementation of all SAP FI & SAP CO and other Finance related IT projects for the organization.

Grade: Senior ManagerReporting to: CFO & CTODepartment: ITIndustry: ManufacturingLocation: KolkataTeam Size: 6 - 10 (depending on projects, including direct+ contractual consultants & developers)CTC: 24 - 30 Lacs (negotiable up to a certain extent, if the candidate is good)
a) Education: CA/ Full-time MBA Finance/ ICWA shall be preferred
b) Experience:8 to 14 years overall experience, with at least 5+ years experience in SAP FICO/ S4 Hana Simple Finance full-cycle implementation as a Senior Consultant/ Functional Lead/ Solution Architect
c) ERP (SAP FI-CO/ SAP Finance) experience: Excellent knowledge of managing various Finance related IT projects/ ERP Implementation/ Migration/ Enhancement including but not limited to SAP FI, SAP CO orS4 Hana Finance. Should have worked on full cycle implementation, delivery and upgrade of IT systems and ERP applications (including but not limited to SAP) for bothFinance & Controlling process improvement
d) IT Project Management in Finance & Accounts: Adequate knowledge in managing/ integrating projects related toFinance, Accounts, Financial Control, Financial Analytics, Product Costing, COPA, SOX etc
e) Additional:Exposure in managing/ supervising SAP HCM/ Payroll/ HR related projects will be an added advantage
f) Industry exposure:Some experience (at least 2 to 3 years) of working for FMCG/ CPG/ Pharma/ Manufacturing sector is critical
g) Analytical& Business-focused: With a strong understanding of Business processes and should be conversant with latest IT trends/ tools/ applications related toFinance,Accounting, Controlling, Financial Analytics and overall Financial & Fund management process improvement
