Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Initiate research, development, and implementation of new marketing programs consistent with corporate business goals and objectives.
- Develop, manage and execute an annual strategic marketing and communications plan & budget to span across all communication media (online and offline) and reach appropriate target audiences, based upon specific performance goals.
- Evaluate the success of various communication strategies & campaigns and provide & implement recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams from creative, IT and production to product marketing and legal to produce effective promotional materials.
- Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction. Coordinating & managing agency partners for the same.
- Obtaining necessary consent and providing final approval on all marketing collateral, products and promotions from Director.
- Coordination with director for Marketing & Production budgets approval & timely process by accounts team.
- Implementing online marketing activities including Social Media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, leads generation, etc.
- Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand.

Required Candidate profile
Rs. 50,000 - Rs. 80,000 CTC Per Month
MBA-Marketing/PGDM - Marketing
Masters degree in Marketing or equivalent.
Age should be between 28 to 38 years
Must have strong communication skills
Only Ahmedabad based candidates.
