Greetings from Tech Mahindra !!

We are currently hiring people with at least 6 months of BPO experience for Customer Service Executive

Need Immediate Joiners

Freshers or people with NON BPO experience do not apply.

-People who are a having experience with proper IVR calling system in Banks, Edutech Companies can apply.

*Location- Malad

*ELIGIBILITY

1) Graduates/HSC candidates with a minimum of 6 months of domestic/International BPO experience in Voice

2) SSC with a minimum of 1 year of international BPO experience in Voice

3) Age Limit is 18-44yrs

*Responsibilities of candidates include:

  • Answer inbound/outbound calls professionally and provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and obtain details of complaints
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms, and applications
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

Process- UK/Australia

Shift- 24*7

Week-off- 2(rotational)

**Voice Process**

Excellent communication skills in English for the voice process.

Salary : Good hike on last drawn Salary + Floor Incentives + OT
