Job description
- Effectively perform inbound calls to target prospects.
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Close sales and achieve targets.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory team to build pipelines and close deals.
- Knowledge of GDS-Amadeus, Galileo, and Worlds pan is plus
- Follow-ups with customers and clients for existing reservations
- Responsible for meeting and overachieving their targets while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Required Candidate profile
- Proven inside sales experience
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing several calls per day
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Should be passionate about Travel Sales.
- Amending and Cancelling Flights, Processing Refunds, Repricing, Making New Reservations.
- Expert in handling Airline Calls and Online Queries.
- Meeting Monthly Performance Metrics.
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Flexible to work in any shifts (24X7)
- Must have one year + experience in US Travel Sales Process (Voice)
- Excellent Geographical knowledge of US
- Candidate should be from an International background
