Responsible for tracking/monitoring and resolution of calls for T24 application related issues. System Performance and ensure system uptime. Act as Engagement manager for Temenos-FLS engagement. Balancing / leveraging resources between Temenos-FLS and other vendors to keep the overall cost of support at minimum Responsible for overall Change Management for deploying T24 changes in production. Manage the Security / ISO related observations, Liaise with Vendor / Infra to ensure the observation is closed within SLA
