Job Description

Experience
Candidates should have at least 6 months to 2 years of experience in Handling a Voice (outbound or Inbound) team, must have experience in US, CA, AUS or UK based voice processes.
Technical Competencies: (Job related)
Good Knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Good Analytical skills, should be able to highlight the observation with the daily, weekly and monthly production data.
Should manage the team independently with a very minimum support from the AM.
Should be able to communicate with the client as and when required independently.
Need to keep the team members motivated and provide feedback regularly.
Soft Skills: (Job related)
Good communication both verbal and written communication & Interpersonal skills
Should be a go-getter
Should be able to take decisions independently
