Job Description

Fantastic opportunity to join SeaShell Hotels & Resorts, the best hotel chain in the beautiful A & N Islands. Now is an exciting time to join as A & N Islands are experiencing tremendous growth. We are looking for a professional housekeeping supervisor to be responsible for assisting in all housekeeping operations for delivering an excellent guest experience and cost benefit to the organisation, preferably with 4 years experience in the hotel industry, out of which a minimum of 01 year or more as an housekeeping supervisor or equivalent level.Hotel Management Degree/diploma from a reputed college. Ability to nurture a good working relationship with other departments, such as reception and maintenance. Stunning time management skills so you can juggle your many duties. Attention to detail to ensure rooms are spic and span and well serviced and that equipment is stored safely. A stickler for health and safety as some staff may need to be trained to use hazardous cleaning materials. Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, Hotel management software, POS). Know security protocol in case of emergency. A minimum guarantee of 12 months to work with us is a must. Salary will commensurate with the experience and profile of the candidate, its not a constraint for deserving candidates. Will be posted at anyone of the properties at Port Blair, Havelock and Neil, Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
