We are currently seeking a Kronos Senior Developer to join our team in Bengaluru, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Role Responsibilities:

• Plans, conducts analysis, Develops, tests and supports the Kronos application solution set and the underlying technology components as part of the corporate-wide integrated business processes.
• Need to work as a team leader/Consultant to contribute in various Kronos implementation project.
• Configuration of Kronos Pay Policies, Accruals, Employment Terms, Display Preferences, GTOR, Access Profiles, Scheduler and Common Setup using Workforce central setup
• Interfaces development and testing using Workforce Integration Manager
• Should have knowledge on configuring Navigators and its building blocks
• Supports the design, configuration, implementation, customization, integration and maintenance of a corporate-wide Kronos system
• Develops functional and technical detailed designs, test scenarios, implementation and conversion plans
• Recommends and documents IT development standards, standard operating procedures and best practices for the Kronos
• Contributes to Customer Trainings and Internal Team Trainings.
• Regular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators

Requirements:

• 7 years of experience in developing and unit testing in various Kronos modules like Kronos Workforce Timekeeper, Workforce Integration Manager, Device Manager and SDM
• Should have experience working in SQL and external interfacing.
• Experience in the Kronos database, as well as network communications involved in Kronos
• Provide techno functional subject matter expertise in Kronos.
• Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be flexible to meet project goals.
