Job Description
We are hiring Fresher for Vadodara Location for IT Recruiter/ Technical Recruiter /Management Trainee Position.Looking for people who are immediate and loves recruitment and passionate to grow in recruitment industry
Experience: 0-0.6months. Understand client requisitions and identify potential candidates from the available sources- Internal Database/ATS, Job boards, Social Media, Headhunting and many more.
Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter.
Responsibilities: Able to deliver and manage the deliveries in time
Able work in a flexible environmentStartup Enthusiast Requirements:
Good Knowledge on databases like Naukri, Linkedin, Monster etc.
Passionate, Matured IT recruiters
Manage End to End recruitment.
Performing reference and background checks
. Skype interviews to validate candidates IDs.
Should possess excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
Agile and fast decision makers to deliver quality in the dynamic nature of Staffing business
. Target oriented and have a Go- getter attitude
. Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements.
Preliminary Sourcing/screening/short-listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement Conduct initial HR Screening (Telephonic) to check technical skills, communication Skills, interest levels, etc.
Required to source candidates from job portals & Social Media Flexible to extend to meet daily targets Basic Excel skills Good verbal and written communication.

work from office post Pandemic Need to Report to Office.
Candidates from Bangalore.Bhubaneshwar,Hyderabad, Vadodara only who can commute to office on a daily basis will be considered
Day shift- 9am to 6pm
Education - Only B.Tech/BCA or any technical background (mandatory)
