Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Operations, a closely related or equivalent professional experience.6553365*** Minimum of 5 years of related business analysis.6553365*** Minimum of 5 use case development.6553365*** Minimum of 5 years experience as a PEGA Business Architect.6553365*** Must have a PEGA Business Architect certification.6553365*** Broad experience in an organization that develops and delivers software to customers.6553365*** Experience successfully managing software functional requirements throughout the SDLC.6553365*** Proven expertise in working with users and stakeholders to understand and capture software solution needs.6553365*** Experience with configuration and deployment of software solutions at the enterprise level in a fastpaced environment.6553365*** Experience with documentation of requirements, test cases, and training material.6553365*** Participation in an Agile software development environment.6553365*** IT technical background a plus.6553365*** Strong communication skills and proven ability to work in a selfdirected manner
