Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluates the position in the industry.
Researching and analyzing sales options.
Selling Services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects & recommend solutions.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Developing relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance.
Recommending new opportunities, Profits & service improvement.
Forming and Mentoring sales team.
Planning and executing solutions for the sales team to deliver to customers.
Prepare Sales Team Budget and Presentation on Sales Target and Data analyzing.
Retention of Employees and Team Discipline & Attendance.
Submitting the report on sales progress to the management on time.
Weekly Sales review meeting (Mandatory).
Updating the information online is mandatory.
Sales Force Management.
Skills Required:
Industry experience in Printing services, Printing equipment, Document management system, cloud-based services selling.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, convincing, email writing skills
Ability to work on MS Excel, Word, Power point and outlook
Well Groomed with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to meet and convince customers.
