You will be responsible for structure and strategy of the development team.
You'll engage stakeholders across location, communicate the vision and roadmap for your team, and work with stakeholders to launch features.
You will partner with senior engineers to coach your team through scalable and highly-available technology choices.
You'll be hands-on as you hire strong team members obsessed with delivering innovations for customers and develop career plans and growth opportunities for your team members.
Be responsible for expanding the feature set of the platform in an extensible and scalable manner
Own individual modules and act as the technical SME for them
Work end to end on micro-services and SPAs built on cutting edge technologies like Nodejs, Golang, React.js and Vue.js
Work with great Engineers and solve difficult problems aimed at making the Customer experience seamless
Get the experience of building products from the scratch and taking them all the way to production
Mentor and groom junior developers and help them to produce great code
Work with business and provide solutions to problems faced by customers
You will be expected to be able to:
Focus on ambiguous problem areas in existing or new software initiatives
Fixe architecture deficiencies and/or propose larger projects, which may require the work of a team

Resolves root causes of endemic problems maybe where your team limits innovation: influences software decisions made by other teams.
Lead a small team of developers and take care of the deliverables for the team
Simplify engineering processes and technologies and ensure it ismetrics driven
Participate, sharing knowledge and collaborating with engineers, specifically attending and/or presenting at internal knowledge forums, community events
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors / Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field in a reputed institution
10+ years professional experience in software development with most of them from a product company
Proficient in web development(Backend/Frontend/Both)
