Are you the one we are looking for
We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, VBA DeveloperIn this role, you should be able to develop VBA Macro, work on advance excel, MS Excel V Lookup, H Lookup, Pivot table. You should be proficient in Programming VBA Macro, Good Knowledge & experience of Finance & Accounting functions and exposure to ERPs (SAP/ORACLE).
You should have the ability to handle error, should have knowledge of all debugging techniques and ability to do risk assessment and deploy macros in existing environment
Responsibilities: -- Good Technical knowledge of VBA s, Macro, MS Office skills to drive automation opportunities
- Act as an SME to support operations team in macros analysis, development, testing and modification
- Perform risk assessment for macro deployment from security and Genpact & client policy aspects
- Prepare contingency plan in case of macro failure
- Ability to work across teams/stakeholders to engage and identify pain areas to help drive lean/VBA based efficiencies of the process
- Engage with different regions and work streams to pro-actively collaborate to drive QPA s
- Work under the mentorship of Continuous Improvement Lead to drive agenda of small/big automations
- Ability to apply logical reasoning to solve problems along with good decision-making abilities
- Exposure to Mainframe automations intermediate
- Exposure to Power platforms Power BI/Power app/Power automate (Beginner/Intermediate)
- Graduate in any discipline with relevant knowledge of Visual Basics Applications and development
- Proficient expertise required in VBA, Macro, Automations
- Knowledge of Finance and Accounting domain would be an added advantage
- Relevant experience working for multinational corporations and international clients
