We are hiring Quality Assurance (Testing) Resources for one of the Largest E-Commerce Client.

Role: Quality Assurance Engineers
Exp: 3 to 5 yrs
Location: Chennai

Responsibilities:

• Lead the testing of large-scale systems, create test plans, test cases, and drive continuous improvements to the quality assurance processes
• Design and build automated test cases for desktop and mobile devices
• Design, develop, and execute quality assurance test cases and support tests for large-scale products, including white and black box tests
• Consult with and advise project management and development teams on technical issues related to planning, developing, implementing, and modifying testing procedures
• Use functional specifications to plan, create, or sign-off on test plans, test cases, and automated test cases

Qualifications:

• Full time Graduate in Technology, Computer Applications, Computer Science
• Strong knowledge of Mobile Applications, Android OS and Gaming technologies
• 4+ yrs of experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer
• Experience in both Manual and Automation Testing
• Reporting skills, proficient in creating status reports based on automation results
• Demonstrated expertise in testing methodologies, experience with standard QA and development tools, and the ability to operate within short release cycles
• Product experience with wireless consumer electronics
• Highly methodical test discipline, applicable to all product UI
• Experience with API automation testing including unit test automation frameworks
• Experience with Android, iOS or other mobile application development or testing
• Experience working in a UNIX/Linux environment and utilizing virtual machines
• Knowledge of industry standard test automation tools and experience developing product test harnesses Experience with open source tools and resources
• Familiar with hardware fundamentals
• Proficient in one of the programming languages - Java/Python
• Test Automation Skills - Should have exposure with frameworks on Selenium,Appium,Maven, TestNG,Cucumber or any other leading open source automation tool
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
