job profile-Exposure in Handling of total Process Quality, customer complaints, monitoring & control of COPQ parameters & to conduct warranty analysis & training on quality tools. 4. Sound knowledge & exposure to the total process of quality assurance, inspection, implementation of Lean management System, TQM, S.P.C , PDCA , 5S , Kaizen, Poka yoke and handling of new development jobs & related projects individually. 5. Hands on experience in quality improvement Initiatives and tools such as 8-D approach , WHY-WHY analysis, 7QCTOOLS, SPC, VA VE, 3M, 3G, & making various quality related documentations like FMEA, APQP, PPAP,. Proficient in carrying out Internal Quality Auditing & Maintaining Quality systems as per IS0-9001:2015 Systems.
