• Excellent communication, counselling and selling skills.
  
• 0-4 yrs for Inside Sales Manager(Individual contribution) experience in Inside Sales / Tele sales / Online Sales and B2C sales.
  
• Understanding customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs.
  
• As Inside Sales Manager, you should achieve the assigned sales target and eventually generate revenues for the organisation.
  
• Effective utilisation of leads and Maintain a positive and healthy conversion rate.
  
• Have a good understanding of the product information and ensure proper handling of all queries of the students by effective counselling.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

This role would be part of the B2C sales function for our India / International Business Groups. He/she would drive the new customer acquisition, customer relationship management, Operations & reporting.
