Job Description

Capable of handling outbound and inbound calls.
Acting as a consultant to the customers
and offering them recommended
services and solutions.
Address customer complaints and
answer their queries.
Should focus and ensure proper
customer services and delivery of
products as per T&C.
Should have extensive knowledge in B2B
portals like Ajio, Udaan, TradeIndia and Bijnis.
Should have functional knowledge of
MS office, Tally and other accounting software.
An added benefit can be knowledge on
the product listing.
