Job description :- 

Roles and Responsibilities

(1) Manage end to end recruitment cycle.

(2) Job Responsibilities includes

a) Sourcing & pre-screening to identify right talent as per clients need

b) Coordinating for interview schedules for shortlisted candidates

c) Pre & post offer follow-ups including salary negotiations, document collection,
onboarding(Joining)

d) Maintaining trackers & reports

e) Database management, Salary Negotiation, Candidate nurturance

(3) Manage client SPOCs and client calls (Preferred)

Desired Candidate Profile

(1) Understanding of technology/Analytics, technical/Analytical roles, and technical skills(Must have)

(2) Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

(3) Able to work on various modes of hiring needs including permanent, RPO, project based hiring ispreferred.

(4) We also prefer someone who has working experience in dealing with large IT services, Big4's, captives/shared centers/Global Capability Centers, Consulting, etc.
