We have an Urgent opening in the "Service Delivery Manager" for the "Delhi" Location.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Responsible for delivery of services described in the Scope of Work.
  • Handling IT Infrastructure AMC, MPS, FMS and System Integration& bulk Installation projects.
  • To retain the existing customers and enhance the value of the business during the period of the contract and at the time of renewal.
  • Building a team, developing individuals to get the maximum output.
  • Drive the team to take control of the customer.
  • Identify and manage all dependencies, risks, and issues that occur during the project life cycle
  • Deep program management experience managing multiple projects varying in size at one time
  • Handle customer escalations effectively and ensure closure timely.
  • Liable for engineers HR, conveyance, leave backup management.
  • Site stock planning for assigned customers.
  • Periodic Review meeting with the subordinates to handle their issues & grievances and escalate the matters to management if required.
  • Supervise and manage subordinates. Skill up-gradation of subordinates and ensure each and every subordinate undergoes training for achieving better productivity and growth path as per the yearly training calendar. Skill up-gradation of poorly rated engineers - Skill level up-gradation plan on the basis of new service/product offerings to customer - Quarterly ratings of engineers - Employee Retention.
  • Deploying engineers to the appropriate service calls/client site according to the skillset and situation.
  • Managing monthly MIS and yearly budgets.
  • Management of documentation/ deliverables as described under the Scope of Work.
  • Take direct action, as appropriate, to rectify deviations by Company personnel, from plans, schedules, or Company operating procedures and policies.
  • Endeavor to obtain all necessary support from Company and Company Partners for the successful Delivery of Services for Ops.
  • Provide day-to-day supervision of staff assigned to his/her area of control.
  • Provide timely feedback to management regarding issues affecting the quality of service to the client.4
  • Managing project budgets and approval of invoices for standalone contracts in the maintenance phase.
