Job Description

Responsibility:

Search for new customers
Handle customer inquiries over the phone, email and Whats App
Follow up on inquiries
Generate sales from existing customers
Follow up on outstanding payments.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time dispatch

Behavioral Skills:

Excellent listening skills
Good communication skills in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
Plenty of drive, initiative and motivation
Target oriented
Honest and trustworthy
Attention to detail

Professional Skills:

Objection handling skills.
Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
Basic knowledge of Tally or other ERP systems.
