Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day-to-day management of the project overall project deliverable - timely completion, cost control, quality of construction and project safety
Oversee the overall quality of construction.
Plan the detailed project schedule and resources in periodic organized manner.
Manage a team of engineers, operators, foreman, qc, safety officers and storekeepers to meet the project deliverable
Organize construction labor and supervise their work as per the quality and productivity standards
Manage the site budget, timely billing, certification, change order claims and overall cost control
Maintain project records and documentation
With high integrity
With clean previous employment history.
Shrewd enough to manage the work site and to manage the man power.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Must have long term vision and served at least 5-7 years in previous positions
Must have knowledge in Excel, Word etc.
Result orientation & ability to deliver under pressure.
Positive attitude & high energy level.
Strong leadership,Commanding power with team handling skills.
Communication fluency skills.
Self motivated, initiative driven with the ability to think "out of the box"
Customer handling should have excellent tackling skills.
High integrity, loyalty and confidentiality attributes with strong reference required
B.E Civil / Or any other degree with work management at site & man management capabilities.
