Job Description

Vigilant is hiring for Cloud - Azure/AWS (PaaS, DB Technologies, Unix/Windows)

Please find the JD below:

At least 5-7 years of experience playing the role of a Database Administrator who is responsible for the design, development, tuning, maintenance and administrative of Enterprise DBMS

• Architect and plan for database cloud deployments (Private and Public cloud)
• Administer database components (i.e., containers, tablespaces, tables, indexes, views, etc.) for on-premise as well on AWS & Azure cloud.
• Administer database security, monitor and correct space utilization.
• Design and implement physical and logical database backups and perform database restorations.
• Experience in MS SQL, My SQL, Oracle, SQL MI and PostgreSQL Databases is a must.
• Strong knowledge of database administration in the cloud e.g. AWS RDS, Oracle on AWS
