Job Position: Clinical Chart Reviewer
Job Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Mode of Work: Work From Home Due to pandemic
Job Profile:
1.Receive audio recording of Physician - Patient interaction from US
2.Categorize and summarize the physician and patient interaction under different fields like history of present illness, review of systems, physical examination, and plan details
3.Populate the summarized data in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and generate the chart note
Overview of Profile:
The key responsibilities of the job may include:
1. Ability to review the patients longitudinal medical record & triage potential conditions based on
symptoms, medications, labs, clinical notes, social & family history among other data points.
2. Understanding value-based healthcare in the US particularly key concepts associated with
patient risk, major conditions and comorbidities driving healthcare utilization and
consumption, and key shifts in value based care.
3.Conducting deep and thorough evaluation(s) of patient documents to identify missed
diagnoses, gaps in care and/or other evidence of risks, diseases and occurrences that could
meaningfully increase the patients risks for a poor outcome
Pre-Requisite:
1.Is a qualified MBBS doctor with or without postgraduate degrees (clinical PG, MHA/MPH/MBA may be helpful but not essential)
2.In-depth medical knowledge
3.Excellent Communication Skill (English - Verbal & Written)
