Job Description
Develop new relationships and deepen existing relationships across all levels at banks and Central
Banks in the target markets
Transaction origination, pricing / terms, preparation of information memorandums, marketing
and distribution and proposals for deal level approvals.
Preparation of briefing notes on countries and banks
Undertake country visits with/without senior management for business development.
Backing up for team members when they are travelling or on leave.
Contributing to Country/Bank Review credit proposals by formulating FI business strategy,
identifying key risks and mitigants.
Overall monitoring of the portfolio in coordination with Risk Management
Periodic profitability tracking and coordination with finance to ensure accuracy
Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of issues and highest
professional standards in dealing.
Training and development of Omani employees
Organize, coordinate and participate in events pertaining to department.
Assist and recommend development of policies, procedures and systems.
Demonstrate good interpersonal and problem solving skills
Personnel Specifications
Age 30 to 35 years
Graduate / Post Graduate
Atleast 8 years wholesale banking experience, preferably in client facing roles
Proficient in MS Office
Able to communicate well orally and in writing
Language Skills other Arabic and English are a must and any other languages will be an
advantage.
