Experience : Minimum 1 year

• 1- 6.5 years of experience only
• Mandatory Quality Analyst Experience into International Voice Process
• Good /Excellent communication skills
• Advanced skills into Excel (charts, formulas, conditional formatting, graphs/charts, vlookup, quartiling),
• Experience on presentation development & PowerPoint
• Experience into 7 QC tools & Quality concepts
• Need Problem solving approach
• Need to be good with data analysis
• QA Automation, Creating syntax, fine tuning syntaxes, building categories, building score cards, category validation, etc.
• Saturday Sunday fixed off
• Work from home
• Shift US Shift
• Work Location Mumbai, Gurgaon
• N.P Immediate /30 days / 45 days / Serving notice.
