Job Description

Team Leader Collections Candidate should be from International process

Job Description-

  • Should have a good understanding of workings of a BPO & should have spent a minimum of 5 to 7 years in the industry
  • Relevant Team Lead experience in years: minimum 2 years experience of managing a team in a collections domain
  • Collections experience if any : collections experience would do
  • Is U.S collection a must : collections in any geography would work
  • Collections experience if yes then is Credit Card collections a must or would any Collections experience work: preferably credit card collections however if the candidate has good understanding on how to drive collections any domain would also do.

Points to b noted-

  • The leader would be required to drive collections either within Inbound or Outbound (manual as well as dialler based portfolio) setup.
  • Managing a group of 15 to 20 FTE & driving client metrics like PTC% (Promise to contact), AHT, $ collected & Call Quality.
  • Also he or she should be comfortable working rotational shifts & working on the weekend as well.
  • 3rd party U.S collections experience is a plus

Salary: Upto 6LAC per annum
