Job Description
- Leverage your proven skills to engage clients of our services, through email, video chat, screen sharing, chatting, and phone calls.
- Excellent communication in English both verbal and written.
- Must have Team handling Experience
- Leverage the necessary technical knowledge required to establish credibility with client contacts at a variety of levels.
- Seek continuous improvement in this area on a regular basis.
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Keep records of client interactions, and file documents
- Must have good knowledge of EXCEL.
- Follow communication procedures and must have operation Knowledge
- Qualifications: Any Graduates.
- Experience: 2-4 yrs
Shift Timing: Night shift (9.00 PM to 6.00 AM)
