Job Title - Executive / Sr. Executive Quality Control

Location - Ankleshwar / Bharuch

Qualification - M. Sc. Chemistry

Experience - 4-6 Years

CTC - 4 LPA to 6 LPA

Industry - A Leading Manufacturing Industry

Position Summary

Execute QC LAB operations right from sampling to formulation of analysis results and intimation of the same to concerned functions, while simultaneously contributing for quality enhancement of the product while adhering to safety, housekeeping and maintenance standards.

Roles and Responsibility

• Supervise all LAB analysis activities to ensure precision & accuracy of test results and maintain inspection records of analysis
• Check the authenticity of the results and proper working of instruments & LAB wares
• Manage AMCs (annual maintenance contract) for all related LAB wares applicable as per site requirement
• Ensure calibration, inspection of measuring & test equipment used for quality control
• Conduct on-job training to chemist and lab assistant and discuss the chemistry and risks associated with the proposed activity/task with subordinates
• Maintain housekeeping in the laboratory
• Ensure labeling & maintenance of all the re-agent bottles, equipment & accessories in the laboratory
• Follow BBS (Behavior based safety) to maintain safety culture at workplace
• Maintain records for disposal of control samples and ensure the execution of waste disposal as per SOP
• Stability Study of control samples to check the stability of the product
