Designation:Process Trainer

Salary: 500000

Role Desired:- Experience of training batches (Classroom / Virtual) - Customer Voice Process experience - Train New Hires - Manage OJT - Deliver desired throughput numbers - Achieve performance goals

Responsibilities Desired:- Train New Hire Batches - Manage OJTs - Conduct PKTs for the Process - TNI Identification - Monthly Refresher Trainings - Initiatives to drive process performance

Qualification Desired:Minimum Graduate

Experience Desired:Minimum 1 year experience

Technical Skills Desired:- eMail etiquettes - Good knowledge of PowerPoint - Good knowledge of Excel - Ability to create and revamp training content

Management Skills Desired:- Manage Trainee Behaviour - Good Interpersonal Skills - Problem Solving Capabilities - Understand process dynamics
