We have an urgent opening for Product Manager-Digital Lending.
Job Description:
Lead a team of Product managers to define, build and scale PL business
Responsible for Product Experience, managing drop-outs, inputs to the management for devising the overall growth strategy
Driving digital adoption, track usage metrics for conversion and engagement
Work with engineering and other internal stakeholders to prioritize and define road maps and deliver on the road-map, drive key decisions
Gather user requirements based on a profound understanding of provider requirements
Leverage technology, experience, and methodology developments to ensure best-in-class but highly-efficient experiences and product development processes
Use data, creativity, and experimentation to constantly improve the product experience
Drive simplification and Improve effectiveness and efficiencies by leveraging the automation capabilities
Understand latest policy guidelines and adhere to compliance and regulations.

Grade : Manager/Sr. Manager/Chief Manager/AVP/VP/Sr.VP.
CTC Starting From 12 l to 85 L

Mandatory Key skills: The role entails managing and scaling up the retail assets - digital loan book by on-boarding customers via Fin-tech partnerships and online aggregators.The role will closely collaborate with the partners and operations teams to drive effective customer acquisition and servicing.The role includes defining product constructs, building road map and managing product delivery, Managing Product cost structures, marketing, legal and regulatory compliance, operations oversight, technical product management ; He/she will oversee preparation product notes, work with policy/risk on policy notes and get internal management approvals. He/She will support partner relationships to increase the share of wallet from partner's overall business and providing great customer and partner experience.
