Job Description

Role: Executive - Operations

Reporting to: Team Leader - Operations

Location : Gurgaon (Work from Office only) . During last 6-7 days of the month employees may have to stretch until 10 or 11 p.m. evening.

Eligibility Criteria:

Overall work experience: 1+ year in Loan documentation and disbursement in banks/NBFCs.

Qualification: Graduation

Male Only

Key Responsibilities -

• Completing disbursal requirements post offer acceptance by the customer - Over call or personal visits(may be required to make two visits in a week).
• To manage work within a defined TAT.
• Zero or minimal quality error
• Fairly good communication skills (Spoken and written) as customer and internal stakeholder interaction will be involved.
