Inviting applications for the role of AM, Stock Management Specialist (Order to Cash)In this role of the Stock Management Specialist is to check orders for stock allocation and generate deliveries. The person needs to be proactive in managing communication with internal functions regarding stock availability, prioritization, reserve & ration and stock book-ins. Perform regular and above all pro-active stock management activities to ensure the best possible service to our customer.
Key Accountabilities Stock Management- Manage tools (Quota s, Allocations, Reservations, material substitutions, plant determination, etc.)
- Stock Management Reports
- Maintain reason codes for non-supply related issues
- Review the Dispatch Rate results for accuracy of reported losses.
Proactive Stock Management and Allocation - Review stock availability for all products
- Mitigate identified out of stock risks
- Apply allocation tools, based on agreed business rules, where mitigation is not possible.
- Collaborate with relevant planning team for managing reserve and ration of stocks at risk.
- Proactively communicate to the Customer Facing specialists, Vendor Replenishment Planners & Customer Service Manager, so they can proactively manage with Customers
Regular Stock Management- Confirm order quantities and generate the delivery
- Prioritize order delivery generation following CD prioritization rules
- Manage the shortage and establish prioritization based on predefined rules
Order Management- Identify errors in order quantities and discuss with Vendor Replenishment Planners for resolution of the problem.
- Route communication between CS organization and 3PLP to manage order modifications and cancellations when a delivery is already built.

- Able to navigate through PowerBi reports
